Margaret Williams, CELA After ten years with the CNIB Library, Margaret Williams is now Director of Content and Access for the Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA), where she has overall responsibility for developing the collection and providing flexible delivery options to meet wide-ranging needs. She has been a core participant in developing a technical framework to support the implementation of the Marrakesh Treaty for Facilitating Access to Published Works for Persons Who are Blind, Visually Impaired or Otherwise Print Disabled. Previously, she was Director of Information and Resources at Findhelp Information, which launched the first 2-1-1 community information and referral service in Canada. At Findhelp she took a leadership role in community information standards and partnerships with not-for-profit and government services such as Settlement.org and Telehealth Ontario. She has also worked in scholarly and educational publishing.
